The reception staff were very polite and helpful, even printing off driving instructions for us. The hotel is in a lovely location by the River Thames, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
The initial room we was given had a lot of cobwebs which meant spiders and flies could get in when the window were opened. The room was in a tired state and could have done with sprucing up. We asked to move rooms and reception were more than happy to do this. This room was much more modern and to a higher standard. I do not think the price paid, we received a high enough standard. I think the hotel could do with clearer signs for getting parked and some more space for this.

The hotel was fine but the restaurant very poor, we waited ages for our food. The restaurant is also very noisy, could hardly carry on a conversation.

location was excellant, and being right on the thames river was just a beautiful location and very central to visiting windsor town and castle. We also liked the fact that the restaurant (which was excellant) adjoined the hotel.
The fire doors were horribly noisy right outside the rooms
