The reception staff were very polite and helpful, even printing off driving instructions for us. The hotel is in a lovely location by the River Thames, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
The initial room we was given had a lot of cobwebs which meant spiders and flies could get in when the window were opened. The room was in a tired state and could have done with sprucing up. We asked to move rooms and reception were more than happy to do this. This room was much more modern and to a higher standard. I do not think the price paid, we received a high enough standard. I think the hotel could do with clearer signs for getting parked and some more space for this.
The hotel was fine but the restaurant very poor, we waited ages for our food. The restaurant is also very noisy, could hardly carry on a conversation.
Room very hot with no air control, just small electric fan
location was excellant, and being right on the thames river was just a beautiful location and very central to visiting windsor town and castle. We also liked the fact that the restaurant (which was excellant) adjoined the hotel.
The fire doors were horribly noisy right outside the rooms
Great room with view of river, excellent staff, lovely location by the river
Excellent service. Pleasant rooms with good facilities in them.
No Spa, beauty room etc. Early last orders at the bar.
The staff were very accommodating. The hotel room was well equipped with a nice powerful shower. The breakfast, although not included in the price, was tasty and very reasonably priced
The location next to the river icnluding the restaurant downstairs.
Pleasant helpful staff and comfortable room. Good location for the purpose of our visit which was visiting family in the area. A fairly quiet location with excellent gardens and views of the thames.
The Thames Riviera was convenient for our family reunion. Being on the river was a welcome bonus but the insects that came with that were not. The food was good, the rooms clean and the staff helpful and polite.
Some could consider the position a bit noisy, but in our jet lagged condition after such a very long flight, we didn't notice!
Location, Helpful staff and Parking.
Rooms are not air conditioned.
Upgraded room and the interior of the room, Restuarant food was great and good value
Noise from outside extraction unit, Toilet to close to sink causing me to hit my head, But still great room
We only stayed one night, but found the hotel to be very plesant, staff very friendly and polite.
Good value on rooms and breakfast Location was good on the river and was a good base for surrounding attractions
The staff were very helpful and it was in an excellent settingh by the River Thames.
Our so called double room was tiny.
